Project Management
I manage the design, development, and maintenance of Rare's many websites and digital products. Along with that, I managed to transition from Pardot to Marketing Cloud to have a better CRM for Rare's needs.
Site Speed Improvement
In early 2022 I worked with our web developers to increase our mobile Google PSI score by 21 points. The upgrades included an image optimizer, a lazy loader, and deferring offscreen images as part of a 3-prong improvement project.
Data Visualization
In order to keep all teammates and stakeholders up-to-date on our digital metrics, I created an extensive dashboard that visualizes data into easy too consume bites in Google Data Studio.
Nonprofit Grants
I earned the Google Ad Grant for Nonprofits certification through Whole Whale in 2020. Now, Rare is set to use all $120,000 in grant funds each year.
